Welcome Drink (9:30 AM – 9:45 AM) Begin your day with a burst of flavour as we serve you Thai-style iced tea or a zesty lemongrass cooler to invigorate your senses.

Introduction to Thai Cuisine (9:45 AM – 10:15 AM) Discover the essence of Thai culinary traditions, ingredients, and flavours with a brief overview. Delve into the key components such as lemongrass, galangal, and Thai basil that lend Thai dishes their distinctive taste.

Trip to the Kitchen Garden (10:15 AM – 11:00 AM) Embark on a guided tour of our lush kitchen garden, where you’ll pluck fresh herbs, vegetables, and other ingredients for the day’s recipes, connecting directly with the essence of Thai cooking.

Session 1: Pad Thai (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM) Learn the art of crafting the quintessential Thai dish, Pad Thai, from scratch. From creating the flavourful Pad Thai sauce to mastering the stir-frying technique, you’ll craft a dish bursting with authentic Thai flavours.

Salad with Peanut Dressing (12:30 PM – 1:00 PM) Whip up a fresh salad using the bounty from our garden and drizzle it with a zesty peanut dressing, elevating its taste to new heights.

Lunch Break (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM) Indulge in a delectable Thai feast featuring your freshly prepared Pad Thai and garden-fresh salad, savoring every bite.

Session 2: Thai Green Curry (2:00 PM – 3:30 PM) Dive into the intricacies of Thai cuisine as you learn to craft the vibrant Thai Green Curry paste from scratch. Then, create a luscious Thai Green Curry, infusing it with your choice of protein and fresh vegetables.

Session 3: Sticky Coconut Rice (3:30 PM – 4:30 PM) Cap off your culinary adventure with a sweet treat as you master the art of making Sticky Coconut Rice. Revel in the fragrant aroma and delightful texture of this traditional Thai dessert.
