Introduction to Fish and Seafood (9:45 AM – 10:15 AM)
Gain insights into the fascinating world of fish and shellfish as we delve into their diverse flavours, nutritional benefits, and sustainability considerations. Learn the importance of proper selection, handling, and storage to ensure the freshness and safety of seafood.

Trip to the Kitchen Garden (10:15 AM – 11:00 AM)
Embark on a guided tour of our bountiful kitchen garden, where you’ll discover fresh herbs and vegetables that complement fish and seafood dishes perfectly. Explore the concept of farm-to-table cooking and sustainable sourcing practices that align with our culinary philosophy.

Session 1: Shellfish Preparation and Cooking (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
Dive into the world of shellfish as you learn the art of cleaning and preparing scallops, prawns, and mussels. Explore various cooking techniques, from sautéing to steaming, that highlight the delicate flavours of these ocean jewels. Get hands-on experience as you prepare and cook your own shellfish dishes.

Lunch Break (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)
Revel in the flavours of the sea as you indulge in a sumptuous lunch featuring a selection of seafood dishes prepared during the class. Accompany your meal with fresh salads and artisanal bread, creating a feast fit for a seafood aficionado.

Session 2: Fish Filleting (1:30 PM – 3:00 PM)
Master the art of fish filleting as you learn proper techniques for removing scales, bones, and skin. Discover how to identify different cuts of fish and select the ideal cooking methods based on each fish’s characteristics and your desired dish. Roll up your sleeves for hands-on practice under expert guidance.

Session 3: Cooking Techniques for Fish (3:00 PM – 4:30 PM)
Explore a plethora of cooking techniques for fish, from delicate poaching to flavourful pan-searing and succulent grilling. Unlock the secrets of enhancing fish’s natural Flavour through expert seasoning, marinades, and sauces.
