Trip to the Kitchen Garden (10:15 AM – 11:00 AM)

Session 1: Butter Chicken (11:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
Learn the art of preparing Butter Chicken, a beloved North Indian dish renowned for its creamy tomato-based sauce and aromatic spices. Master the marinating process, and cooking techniques, and serve with fragrant basmati rice or naan bread.

Lunch Break (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)

Session 2: Biryani (1:30 PM – 3:00 PM)
